This site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, ATRON Metrology may decide on an interruption for technical maintenance, and will endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

The site is updated regularly by ATRON Metrology. Similarly, legal notices may be modified at any time and remain binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible.

The website www.atron.fr aims to provide information about all the company's activities.

ATRON Metrology strives to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or shortcomings in updates, whether due to its own fault or that of third-party partners providing such information.

All information on the site is for guidance only and may evolve. Furthermore, the information on the site is not exhaustive and is subject to changes made since it was published online.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

ATRON Metrology owns the intellectual property rights or holds usage rights for all accessible elements on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from ATRON Metrology.

6. Liability Limitations

ATRON Metrology cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from the use of non-compliant equipment as defined in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

ATRON Metrology shall also not be liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or opportunity) resulting from the use of the site.

Interactive spaces (e.g., contact forms) are available to users. ATRON Metrology reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in these areas that contravenes applicable French legislation, especially regarding data protection. ATRON Metrology also reserves the right to pursue the user’s civil or criminal liability, particularly in cases of racist, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

7. Personal Data Management

In France, personal data is notably protected by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the site, the following data may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's access provider, and the user's IP address.

In any case, ATRON Metrology only collects personal information for the purpose of certain services offered by the site. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when entering it themselves. The obligation or non-obligation to provide this information is always made clear.

In accordance with Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data protection, every user has the right to access, rectify, and oppose any personal data concerning them, by submitting a signed written request accompanied by a copy of an identity document, indicating the address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information of the user is published without their knowledge, nor exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold in any form to third parties. Only the potential acquisition of ATRON Metrology and its rights would allow the transmission of such information to the purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same data protection obligations.

The site is not declared to the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
