This site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, ATRON Metrology may decide on an interruption for technical maintenance, and will endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

The website www.atron.fr aims to provide information about all the company's activities.
ATRON Metrology strives to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or shortcomings in updates, whether due to its own fault or that of third-party partners providing such information.
All information on the site is for guidance only and may evolve. Furthermore, the information on the site is not exhaustive and is subject to changes made since it was published online.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting
ATRON Metrology owns the intellectual property rights or holds usage rights for all accessible elements on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

6. Liability Limitations
ATRON Metrology cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from the use of non-compliant equipment as defined in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
ATRON Metrology shall also not be liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or opportunity) resulting from the use of the site.

ATRON Metrology reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in these areas that contravenes applicable French legislation, especially regarding data protection. 7. Personal Data Management
In France, personal data is notably protected by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When using the site, the following data may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's access provider, and the user's IP address.
In any case, ATRON Metrology only collects personal information for the purpose of certain services offered by the site. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when entering it themselves. The obligation or non-obligation to provide this information is always made clear.
In accordance with Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data protection, every user has the right to access, rectify, and oppose any personal data concerning them, by submitting a signed written request accompanied by a copy of an identity document, indicating the address to which the response should be sent.

The site is not declared to the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.
Databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
